Excellent clamps for use in my mft style work bench. The holes in my bench are 20mm in diameter (slightly larger than the 19mm holes that Kreg workbenches have), but the clamps still hold well. Although they are made of plastic they appear to be strong and robust.

This may look like a tacky piece of plastic, but it is quick and easy to use.
It is a hold still clamp not a close the gap clamp, so the plastic is good enough for the job. Unlike other bench top clamping devices the screw is entirely operated from the top so no awkward hinged handles that only give a partial turn before fouling the bench.
Good addition to my bench tools.
