"Good service from Yandles. Prompt delivery.The Pro edge is a good solid machine that is very robust and well engineered.I use this for bevel chisels and plane blades. Pro's Super quick to set up and great for grinding out nicks in chisels that would take for ever on my Tormek Super GrindFor badly damaged chisels I start with a 60 grit then 120 and finish with a 240 ,strop it up razor sharp. Cons: Can easily over heat tool if not careful. Overall very pleased with machine."

"I wish I had one of these years ago! Spent a grand afternoon sharpening every plane blade and chisel I own. It is a very well made machine - lots of angle settings. I used the 120 grit abrasive most of the time and finished off with 300 grit. It is though possible to burn the cutting edge so some care is needed and I think the 90 degree slide attachment is not necessary. I then finish off on my oilstone for a razor sharp edge."
